Is Yoga for Me?
Is Yoga for Me?
Maybe you think you’re not flexible enough to do Yoga. Maybe you’re worried about not keeping up, or not being Zen enough (who is it though?!!) I get you. That’s why my classes are simple, welcoming, and designed for real people—not just bendy, enlightened yogis.
Let’s just take it easy and start small with:
• A slow, grounding practice
• Time to move your body in a way that feels good
• A mix of gentle strength, mobility, and relaxation
• Space to switch off and focus on you
About You - Information for my classes
-
Wear something comfortable that allows you to move freely. Yoga is usually practiced barefoot to gain more control and avoid slipping, but you’re welcome to wear socks during practice if that feels more comfortable for you.
-
There are a few yoga mats available at the gym, but I encourage you to bring your own if possible. You may also want to bring a water bottle and a blanket for the final relaxation to keep yourself warm and comfortable.
-
Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in before we begin. This gives you time to find your space, set up your mat, and ease into a calm mindset before class starts. Doors will close at the start of the session to avoid disruptions.
-
Spaces are limited to 8-10 people per class, so reserving your spot in advance is essential.
You can book a class through the Book a Class section, where you'll find the full schedule and availability.
Once you book, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details. If you can’t make it after booking, please message me as soon as possible—I’m happy to reschedule your class for another day.
-
At the moment, payments are made via bank transfer. You’ll receive an email with payment details, and your spot will be reserved for 24 hours until payment is received.
